Con salsa de achiote, ajo y naranja; servido con alubias estilo mediterráneo y cebollas rostizadas.
Pork Shank – With achiote, garlic, and orange sauce; served with a Mediterranean-style fava bean salad.
Camarón Griego (210 gr)
Ajo, alcaparras, tomates cherry, hongo y queso feta; servido con arroz pilaf y verduras.
